"Beyond disappointing and costly experience. Do not be fooled by the talk and charm because when something goes wrong he will not offer a revision and blame anything and anyone but himself. I wish I went somewhere else, but not too late for others. Please do your research, he is by no means the best."

"I can not say enough good things about Dr. Karam. I’m 55 and was wasting money on noninvasive procedures that did nothing to help my sagging skin. Luckily I found Dr. Karam on YouTube. I watched all of his videos and realized he is a master at what he does. I learned so much about skin, procedures etc…. After much research I decided he was the doctor I needed to go to. Not only is he top of his field but he is extremely passionate about what he does and gives individual care for each of his patients. At my pre op appointments he took time and studied my face to give his opinion on what he thought I needed and what I didn’t. I flew cross country to San Diego for a Vertical Restore and fat transfer. I’m so happy I did. I’m 5 months out and look like myself but 10 years younger. "Dr. Karam: he is a highly skilled surgeon and an artist. He made me look refreshed and rejuvenated without looking worked on. The staff: helpful and attentive. Always available to answer any questions. His office: lovely, well appointed and a relaxing setting for beautification. "I'm so happy with my decision to travel and see Dr Karam and the team at Carmel Valley Surgery Center. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and nurses and Dr. Karam made me feel at ease with the decisions made together. My procedure was painless, recovery easy (though took a little longer than I expected with my own expectations and readiness for others to see me) and my final results are better than I expected. "Wonderful experience with Carmel Valley Surgery Center. Dr Amir Karam is a world renowned incredible surgeon and his work speaks for itself ! His artistic results are shown throughout his pre/post shots that are true untouched and I say this from my results and the many relatives that underwent different procedures with him. The staff is terrific, knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. They simply haven't left any stones unturned during Pre and post op visits, phone calls... Follow ups....I truly felt I was a family member to each and everyone that I came in contact with. Pre-op calls on Sunday, lengthy conversations put me at ease prior to my procedure, personal cell phones provided and yes I did take advantage of that, all my calls and texts were answered instantaneously any day any time pre/post procedure.
