"Called in today to get a follow appointment and they said she was booked till the 20th and asked to put me on hold and I was waiting on hold for along time and no one came back on phone and while I was still waiting I lost call so had to call them back then she puts me on hold again forver never came back on the phone again so I hung up called them again then finally they tell me they can get me in today I tell them I can't come today cause I had to take my dad to his appointment so she said she will speak to amber about getting me in tommrow and would call me back then she calls back says amber says if I can't come the 20th then go to avita urgent care again to be seen ..then just now they call me again I go to answer they hung up with out saying anything I call them back and they tell me they don't know who called and they would leave a msg for someone call me back ..this is crazy and makes no dam sense .why would u call and not say anything or leave voice mail and when someone returns ...
the call say u don't know who or what they called for .. "
