OVERVIEW
Dr. Amar Jaglan completed his residency through St. Joseph Hospital, an affiliation of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago,Illinois. He is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who is also certified as a family practitioner. With his training in both specialties, Dr. Jaglan provides high quality, comprehensive care for women of all ages. He is concerned with their emotional well being through every stage of life. His practice strongly emphasizes patient education and preventative care.
An important part of Dr. Jaglan's comprehensive patient care is his expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. "It is important for patients to know all of their options if they need gynecological surgery. Together we discuss their treatment plan and when appropriate, I recommend a minimally invasive surgery that reduces recovery time and promotes faster healing." Since 2007, Dr. Jaglan has performed robotic gynecological surgeries for hysterectomies, myomectomies …or complex, gynecologic surgeries. Dr. Jaglan has been in practice in the Milwaukee area since 1993.
