"What a.uncompassionate. physician! My husband called after seeing her for several years just to see about possible re scan to see if any changes. As his symptoms are getting worse! She didn’t call back all she did was send a text message to her staff to convey “there is nothing else that can be done for ataxia! Thanks for your kindness "

"I will try not to let my emotion get the best of me here and do my best to give details on why my review is so terrible in 1000 characters. Dr. Reimer is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered with a rude and dismissive attitude. I have Fibromyalgia, Dysautonomia and that may triggered her annoyance. Long story short, she didn’t explain any of the tests she was doing or why with a lot of attitude somehow making me feel like I was wasting her time. I thought I was going in for an MRI as my main issue are massive brain fog but she fixated on nerve pain which I said wasn’t a major problem. On my 2nd visit, she ran tests on my nerves and I asked if these would identify my brain fog issues and she responded with a definitive “IT WON’T”. Tests showed nothing as expected with no recommendations. It angers me to think about this interaction as I put trust in this person only to be dismissed. I'm saddened to know that we have a terrible doctor like this in Auburn area. Beware!"

"This doctor is quite possibly the most dismissive, uncaring, and unkind doctor I have ever encountered. If you are in search of a neurologist, please search elsewhere. "

"had a stroke last year so I needed a neurologist in my area .Dr. Reimer was the first female I found at East Alabama Neurology Center so I made a appointment. My first visit with her was normal, giving medical history...We did chat briefly which was also normal .Although she wasn’t unpleasant she was very curt and to the point. She was not friendly or personable ,and I thought nothing of it as that does matter to me when she does her job. At the next office visit I didn’t see her, I saw her PA who was very friendly. When I saw her on my third office visit she efficiently addressed my concerns. If you’re the type that feels it’s important to have a personable friendly physician with a excellent bedside manner I’d say she’s not the one for you. If you like a physician that is quick and to the point you might like her. She’ll be my neurologist until I feel she’s simply a bad doctor. My medical care is very important to me , not how friendly she is. After reading other reviews I will say that ...
she didn’t call my fat even though I have gained weight since the stroke , as I’m not able to exercise as before. If she did I would see that as inappropriate , maybe rude. "

"She is terrible !!! Horrible bedside manner and just wants to throw you off on a psychologist when she clearly doesn’t know what to do . Says she has never heard of long haulers Covid and memory loss. Anyone can Google this and read about it . Her over all demeanor is bad and she is so rude . "

"You dismissed me today. You lied to me and told me Neurologist only treat from the neck up. That is a blatant LIE. They test peripheral nerve and muscles. You would not believe any records from my Lyme doctor. You told me if I had Lyme the test results would be high . Only a few people who have Lyme test positive. It takes a Lyme literate doctor to diagnosis and I had the best. CDC "Lyme Disease is Remarkably Difficult to Diagnose". You should not talk about what you don't know! I told you I did not come there to be treated for Lyme but thought you should know. I suffer from intolerable pain in my neck, head and body. You dismissed me and did not set me up but for one test IN JULY>3 months from now. I thought telling a patient to go see a psychiatrist went out long time ago but it is used by inept doctors to blame the patient. You said MRI can not be done on the full body. Another lie. I have pain all over my body. Drs. like you allow people to suffer and die. I was so disappointed and ...
stressed when I got home. My husband was appalled as were my friends, some of which are your patients. You should not be a practicing neurologist! "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
