"I had an appointment with Dr Angelilli today at 9:45 am. I arrived on time . I approached the desk and gave my name to the receptionist. An hour later, I approached again inquiring if there was a problem only to be told that she had forgotten to pull my file! Another woman also behind the desk took me in for the field of vision test. I was then returned to the waiting room. I sat for another 45 minutes. At 11:45, I notified the same woman who did bring me in for my first of many needed tests, as well as, the incompetent receptionist that I was now leaving. I DID NOT cancel my appointment. The receptionist did not apologize. In effect, the incompetent receptionist canceled my appointment with her lack of competence! Later in the day, I made an appointment at the Bethpage office as I will never return to Lake Success although it is far more convenient. I now need to wait to have my glaucoma checked until May 17th, Dr Angelilli’s first available appointment. My pressure could ...
