Allan Peljovich, MD, MPH, is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialty in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He received a master's degree in Public Health from Emory University.
He completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University. He then completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at Harvard Medical School followed by a fellowship in restoration of the tetraplegic hand and upper extremity at Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Functional Electrical Stimulation Center.
Currently, Dr. Peljovich is a clinical instructor at Georgia Baptist and Emory University in the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Paraplegia Society, the American Spinal Injury Association, the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, and the Georgia Orthopaedic Society.
