"Subpar orthodontist care geared towards patients paying with Medicaid- patients who do not have other options for care. Would implore anyone with private insurance to go elsewhere. Our treatment experience began prior to Ms. Shrager buying the practice but this review is only for our experience once under her care. There is a lack of attention to the treatment plan, the office staff and schedules ..."

" DO NOT give them your business. I have already paid in full and been waiting since September for aligners that take one month to be produced. They tell you one month, but then it becomes two or three and now it’s been 6 months and no one will return my calls. I have been wearing aligners meant to be worn for 2 weeks for 6 months.
