OVERVIEW
Alissa N. Dragstedt DMD, PA
Dr. Alissa Dragstedt was born on a military base in Wuerzburg, Germany. She has lived in Gainesville now for fifteen years, and is proud to call Gainesville her home. Dr. Dragstedt completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She continued her studies at the University of Florida, and graduated from Dental School in 2005. While in dental school, Dr. Dragstedt received several research and scholarship awards, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.
After working in private practice for two years, Dr. Dragstedt continued her training, and completed a two-year residency training program in pediatric dentistry at the University of Florida. Dr. Dragstedt is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the AmericanAcademy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Alachua County Dental Association.
In her free time, Dr. Alissa spends time with her husband …and two young kids. She also is an avid runner, and loves traveling, visiting friends and family, and watching Florida sports…..Go Gators!!!!
