"My husband and I have been going to Dr. Morf at this office for 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about the office and Dr. Morf. It's true that there's a concierge fee but it's well worth it. Dr. Morf is available through the medical portal for questions and answers them the same day often within hours. When we meet in person, he takes his time, has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier."

"If I could give this experience a "0" I would. I was born and raised in Santa Barbara and recently moved back to the home I grew up in after living in the Los Angeles area for many years. My husband and I waited for our new patient appointments for about 4 months. I had received a referral for Dr. Morf from an urgent care doctor I saw in late 2021. My appointment was scheduled for today 5/2 and my husband was scheduled for tomorrow 5/3. Just to make sure we had the right address my husband checked the address and read the reviews again. There was a new review about the single person $400. per year concierge fee or $600. for a family per year which had not been discussed when we made the appointments. With healthcare costs already high and the fact that we see the doctor once or twice a year we feel this is a shameful and disgusting charge and I said that to Angie who had answered the phone. She immediately coped an attitude and told me if I felt that way, that the office wasn't ...

"Only talked to front desk and that was enough. Super snooty phone interaction and this doc charges a $600 “concierge fee” for my husband and I to just get an appointment. Insurance does not cover this extra fee and it seems like an excessive gouge for our fam, who goes to the doc maybe once or twice a year. Not impressed. "
