"I see Michelle and she is GREAT I also think Dr Clayton is wonderful too but I find I have a better relationship and an easier time talking to Michelle. My only complaints with the office is that you can never get through the phone to make an appointment it can literally take me days of calling them before I do not get a busy signal and get ringing to hope someone picks up so I can book my appointment, a few times I've gotten what I call false rings.. this problem actually has me considering changing Dr's Michelle is the only reason I'm holding on.. The staff used to be so friendly when I went for my first appointment now mind you that was before all this covid stuff but they are not friendly any longer and again it may be due to the stress of the covid stuff but I don't know but when ya say hello or goodbye, thank you it would be nice to get a response.. hell I'd even take a kiss my ass lmao at least I'd be acknowledged in someway..right lol"
