"The staff here is incompetent, aggressive and could care less about the patient. I called two weeks ago to get my labs done at Quest (because the ordeal of getting my bloodwork done in their office almost led me to have another heart attack). I got a call from a nurse there who told me that the request had been sent to Quest already. I made my appt. w Quest, and, when I got there, there was nothing. What a waste of my time. I understand that the industry is suffering with bad staff, this, I must say this one is one of the worst"
