He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas and a fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Baylor College of Medicine, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of California, San Diego. He is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology and a member of American College of Physicians, Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, and American Heart Association.
