"The staff was great at the front, but it’s downhill after that. Dr haque kept referring to my pain as arthritis while repeatedly saying we are treating a bulging disc in my spine. Gave me injections without ever seeing MRI. The injections made me completely immobile. Today I was scheduled for a procedure I was informed was not a perfected method and drove all the way to McKinney to sit there for an hour and 20 minutes before just leaving. Not even an IV ran yet for the procedure. I was told the whole thing would have taken only about an hour as the injections I had from a different practice did. At almost an hour and a half later, not even the IV ran. I do not believe this doctor has much experience in diagnosis and lacks medical knowledge in treatment. The fact I received injections before him seeing the MRI and only going off of previous notes should have made me realize I needed to switch practices. I refuse to take narcotics because of their dependency so I’m relying on medical professionals to give treatment that gives me relief from pain without drugs. Not whatever kind of treatment I got here. This doctor is a person of spine injections and could be useful for planned injection treatment if practices are fixed and the treatment plan comes from a pain specialist with more diagnostic experience. Besides that, do not go here. "
