"I would like to say that Dr. Herekar is the best neurologist in El Paso. I've been seeing him for years as well as Ali. I couldn't praise them enough. He is straight forward and doen not sugar coat anything. He takes his time and listens to patients. I already referred some of my friens and they love him. HIM AND ALL STAFF ARE THE BEST. "

"I don't know where to start. I went to see Dr. Hereker and instead, spoke to a NP, which was fine. The NP was wonderful, smart and on top of things. She recommended 2 treatments for me and had my insurance company approve them. 2 months later, nothing has happened, I have not heard from them. I have called them twice and was told on the second call, someone would call me. Never happened. I will note that my insurance company was billed by them over $400 for an office visit where I was interviewed by a NP. Really Dr. Hereker? There is no excuse for this type of treatment. Only in El Paso, though. I have found this treatment the norm by the medical community in El Paso. Is it the culture there? Is it racism? Who knows? I have moved on, seeking care elsewhere."
