"I’m not one to leave poor reviews, but I’ve also never had such a bad experience with a doctor. From the first visit it was clear he didn’t care about me as a patient. I have papillary thyroid cancer and he recommended I do radioactive iodine. It’s not a simple process to get ready for. I had to stop nursing my baby, get child care for my older two children and prepare to isolate for a few days. The day I went in for the procedure I was told there was no information given to the hospital by Ahmad’s office so they couldn’t help me. I called to get it figured out and his office was so incredibly rude (except the receptionist at the time). When I did demand to talk with Ahmad he told me, “sorry, we can reschedule in a month or two”. Zero sympathy from him and his assistants lack of organization. I flew in my mother in law to watch my kids for nothing and was done nursing my baby all for nothing. I’ve had friends that he rubs wrong as well. Anyway, if you’re seeing Ahmad I would see someone ...
else to get a second opinion because it turns out I’m not even close to needing radioactive iodine. I feel like he is not in the healthcare field to help others. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
