"I went in for an OBGYN appointment, and was asked if I wanted to get my flu shot while I was there. As an NCH employee, I was legally required to get one, so I asked if I'd be billed for it, and was told no, and if I was, insurance would cover it. ...a year later, I was notified that the bill - for the flu shot only - had gone to collections and I now owed $264 in late fees. Called the office, was ..."
