"I wait 25 minutes to get the phone answered no matter how important the call is. You have to interpret a number being said on the message to indicate how many callers are ahead of you. Rather than making that clear, you just hear "7" or "12". Leaving a call back number has not resulted in a return call. Lousy way to treat people needing help."

"This was a textbook example of elder abuse by an alleged Health "CARE" professional. My charge, an elderly woman aged 94, had a urinary tract issue and needed lab tests. We were forced to use this facility to order the labs, but the PA, Diane St. Pierre, took over 10 minutes of the tele-visit to berate this elderly woman for not coming IN to the office sooner (she is homebound).
