"Front office staff is horrible at this doctor's office. I have missed two tele-health follow up appointments -- in back-to-back weeks -- with my nurse practitioner because the front office staff is not properly trained to bill customers for tele-health appointments. In each case, I did not have the opportunity to see my nurse practitioner because the staff doesn't know how to bill patients properly ..."
