"We brought my grandmother here because she’s been showing concerning signs of cognitive impairment. Office and nursing staff were lovely, however, Dr. Samuel was beyond disrespectful and condescending. She ignored our concerns, did not read our intake paperwork and lectured us the entire time, making us feel like terrible caregivers and did not take any of our concerns seriously.
