"For all of 2023; this practice remains less than equipped to service their patients. Extremely under-staffed from front desk to medical Practitioners. Phones are no longer answered when attempting to book an appointment & when leaving a voice message; calls are never returned. Their one PA is very kind; with an excellent bedside manner; but; unfortunately; there is no available path to book an appointment ..."

"Dr. Allen rarely sees his patients in person at his practice - Total Care Family Practice. I was only "gifted" the courtesy of a Telehealth call once, on which he sounded inconvenienced. In addition to his poor manner and unavailability, his front desk staff are completely unprofessional and inept. The biggest issue is lack of communication and complete unprofessionalism from the front desk employees. ..."
