"I am currently seeing one of the specialists in this center. I have no issue with this specialist, but the customer service in this office is abysmal. First of all, I cannot get a human voice to answer my calls. Can you imagine not being able to speak to anyone about an appointment, a referral, etc. for a medical issue? Even more importantly, after leaving two messages I still haven't received ..."
