"Former employee, role: Billing dept. Hypocratic Oath out the window. “Do no harm” except ok to charge pnt’s Out of network whether they were in network or not. Poor pnt’s unaware. Insurance think pnt is aware. Charging lots of no shows or late fees. I had to do. A lot of bullying pnt’s & employees. Managers being bully’s. Saying inappropriate comments and had to sit there and listen to them joking ..."
