"First off, the Dr was excellent. The service has always been superb. The poor grade is the result of dealing with the Office Manager regarding the coding of an appointment. I was not disputing the charges, I simply wanted to clarify the difference between a "Preventative Care" visit and an "Office Visit", as they are covered differently by our insurance carrier.
