"This review does not reflect upon Dr. Rubalcava, but rather upon the office. Dr. Rubalcava personally authorized a short-notice appointment for my spouse who was having symptoms of a blockage (per Dr. Rubalcava). We arrived timely for the appointment, but were informed that Dr. Rubalcava was delayed at the hosp. clinic and would not be in that afternoon. Further, the receptionist/scheduler advised ..."

"Visited SATX New Braunfels Cardiology-11, 19B Gruene Park Dr, 78130, on 6-19-23 for scheduled appointment with Dr, Bodar, Cardiologist. Upon arrival, two Staff Receptionists were ARGUING IN SITE OF PATIENTS and were COMBATIVE, IN ATTITUDE. As an 83 Year old, 100 Percent Disabled Veteran, I felt they were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and they REFUSED MY ACCESS TO DR. Bodar, telling me that Baptist Health ..."
