"My 84 year old father, an established patient at this facility, had an eye emergency this morning. I called to see if they could fit him in with anyone and they had no openings at no locations. We ended up going to urgent care which is down the hall from his doctor’s office. urgent care was unable to help him as they didn’t have an ophthalmologist on staff and told us to go to the emergency room, ..."
