"The Silver Spring office is impossible to reach. Poor accessibility to office and health care providers"

"They canceled my appointment for January 25, its a six months after surgery and they wanted to put me on May 2023, thats a year after my surgery. So hard to connect with this office. The staff who answered the phone hang up the phone after waiting for an hour. Do you even care with your patients?"
