"This answering service is the VERY worst. Do they even know who they are working for.... They call back with the wrong information and absolutely have no clue what they are doing...... WHY do you have this stupid scheduling service they are AWFUL!!!!!!"

"No one answers the phone or emails. I have had to drive up to the office to speak with someone. Very disorganized office. Once you can actually see the Dr its great."

"It is impossible to reach someone by phone, takes several hours or days to get a call back. When they do call you back, you don't get the answers you need or you get hung up on. No one ever answers the phone. Once onsite they're great, but the phone issues alone makes this a 1 star. Super frustrating, especially when you try to reschedule. "

"Jodie saved my wife's life. This is not exaggeration nor hyperbole but simple fact. My wife was in Kansas City for an extended time helping with her elderly parents. During a teleconference with Jodie, Jodie was sensing that something was not right and had her go do blood work. This led to a colonoscopy which revealed a cancerous tumor. This was removed in surgery 13 days ago and just yesterday ..."
