"HORRIBLE customer “service” and “scheduling”. Walked in for two different appointments, and told two times that “I didn’t have an appointment “. Absolutely the WORST place I’ve ever tried using. "

"After initial MRI, Dr. Lamar indicated I had a complete tear of my rotator cuff tendon. Dr said “if I am you, I am doing corrective surgery ALL Day, Every Day”. 14 weeks post-surgery after a very aggressive Therapist with Coastal Ortho wrenched my arm behind my back(with subsequent MRI showing repair regressed from >50% adhered to <30%), Lamar said “more than 70% of these repairs fail”. "Just interested in collecting as many office visits as possible. They tried billing for co pays 8 months later. Took a few minutes to let the BBB know. Scammer sleazy Drs are lacking empathy are robotic and wasted my time and caused undue pain for over 7 months found an actual Dr with knowledge who operated and eliminated my pain. Beyond unprofessional, rude! "

"Horrible experience. Went in for a tiny cyst on my knuckle. They took xrays and had me set for surgery at a surgy center with general anesthesia, fasting, heart exam clearance all, totally unnecessary. Thank Goodness I went to a dermatologist who scraped it off in literally two minutes in his office. No surgery, no anesthesia, no stitches. The unnecessary surgery would have been thousands. "AWFUL. Do not waste your time going to this disaster of a practice. They give you the run around to get your money and then bill your insurance for workers comp when I'm retired and had to spend months getting chasing these people down to get it fixed!!!! It took MONTHS!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Another negative ...good luck trying to book PT through this group b/c according to the admin ..."
