"My family member has been going to them for over 20 years and when needing a referral for a specialist she was told she would have to wait over 9 months and when she found a place on her own that excepted her insurance they refused to give a referral because they had signed a contract with the place that had a 9 month wait. The woman on the phone was rude and extremely uncompassionate and threatening. ..."
