I asked why was this not stated over the phone before I drove over an hour to get here. "Central Park ENT is just a hearing aid sales office. I had an eustachian tube issue and when I made the appointment, I was told they performed certain surgeries I asked about. At the visit, I got a hearing test and a hearing aide sales pitch (even though I did not need them). Then I was told they did not do the ear surgery I asked about.
