"I've never been treated worse. Pilar B didn't bother to introduce herself or attempt to understand me or acknowledge the discomfort I was experiencing. She was rude and dismissive. Even worse, she still has not returned my call for help 3-4 weeks latter. I ended up at the Duke Emergency Department where it became clear that she had misdiagnosed me resulting in weeks of unnecessary increasing pain. ..."
