"Medical Board Complaint Abstract: Linda Hawk and Jiva Health retained important patient results for 2 months. Her supervisor (Dr. ) later admitted that she overdiagnosed my condition. Linda Hawk (FNP) who works at Jiva Health (formerly known at California Center for Sleep Disorders) was supposed to treat me for sleep apnea. "I went to them in 2017 to investigate possible Sleep Apnea. It took 3 years and over $500 to tell me nothing. While I had initial consults, a sleep study, they completely failed to follow up on anything I asked - to the point where I had to have *ANOTHER* study. Which they also failed to follow up with. Absolute clown car."

"CCSD AND DR KRAM (Dr SCAM?) seem to be a total shady operation. My experience has been HORRIBLE! Avoid this scam operation. Save your time, nerves and money. Billed $5000 and provided absolute no health care, nothing but frustration and headaches. Never got to interact with Dr Kram, or any actual physician. He is NEVER available. Terrible service during sleep study. Double billed me for the at ..."
