"I'm a provider and I hear good things about how PCP offices for Conviva treat their patients. However, since we need referrals, the process Conviva has in place needs to be changed. It is a disgrace how they will say they received a referral and have forwarded it to a PCPs office directly one day, and a week later, say that nothing is on file. This has happened numerous times with different patients ..."
