"Had to stand for 1hr while my daughter helped me fill out four pages of medical history. Chairs are too low and I can’t get up . After getting X-rays the Doctor examined my foot and pressed his thumb on the fracture causing me to holler out. Said he wanted to know where the pain was at ? I’m 82 years old "
