"I seen nurse practitioner M.long on October 16, 2023 because I had a slight fever. I am very sore throat. She did a rapid flu and strep test and they both came back negative nothing so she gave me no medicine and sent me home. Told me to call back I know Friday if I was not feeling any better because I just had a virus and it would go away in a couple days when I called her the very next day which ..."
