"transfered from buffalo VA. ICU AND 2ND FLOOR have been wonderful. Nurses and aides very attentive and extremely accommondating to the patients and family. Dr visits were daily and very informative. Always asking any questions. I wasn,t informed of room change, which might cause concern with a dementia patient.in all fairness they might have been waiting for a better time. "ER visit in December met expectations for short wait, 30 min. to be taken to ER exam room. Nursing staff was pleasant, knowledgeable &technically proficient. Dr. Ferguson ordered appropriate tests for my problems. Transport staff was courteous.X ray tech had number of picture & transitioned me to MRI. Pleased that venting was nearby. Discharge instructions were clear."
