"I had a cardiac procedure there and had questions about my care. I could not get anyone to answer my questions or get my appt earlier. I cannot get anyone on the phone to verify my appointment for tomorrow! This is the worst communication service I have ever had! The dr was excellent but the office is horrible. I cannot get ahold of people when I need to do so!"

"I went to Grandview for a surgical procedure. All staff were exceptional in their care, everything went smooth and streamlined. They even sent me directions to the hospital and gave me verbal directions as far as where to park and enter the the outpatient surgery. Nicole in the pre op outpatient surgical area was outstanding- friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and kind. "
