"I took my Mother to the ER on 9/14/22 at 8:30 pm due to a racing heart that had occurred a few times over 4 days. We sat in a waiting room that was dirty with people that had been there since 2 pm. There were people moaning in great pain that had been waiting for 6 hrs. at that point. There was no communication about wait time, apologies for the wait or even a show of concern.
