"Idk who is giving the glowing reviews, I switched to another clinic all together because Caccio and Orwick were terrible. The staff was also. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and 45 minutes in the room every visit only to have the "doctors" come in with a prescription for birth control in hand before they even saw me. I did not feel valued or even like a human being. Any concern I had was brushed off as they knew best. The staff to schedule would put you on hold for long periods, it never was a good experience."

"A quick look from the substitute obgyn Elizabeth Orwick. Mine, Stacey Cacchio, was out for Christmas. She said, "You're not crowning or wide enough. Go home. Enjoy New Years. I have a party." She also had a shot I wasn't scheduled, I asked her to double check my record, and she agreed I wasn't and left without giving it. That was it. I begged. I walk out to the checkout crying. I sobbed, "What do I have to do or say to have them take this baby out?! Why is this happening?!" Each time we went to the hospital, they said I was in labor. Called Cacchico. She said I wasn't dilated. Send me home. I said I never dilated for my first baby. I was sent home. At the end, I shared I'd lost my mucus plug. I was leaking. Cacchio said not enough. Sent me home. That night I was miserable. I put my toddler into her crib. It hurt to learn into her crib. I went to bed. I hurt. I cried. It was hours early. I woke to the sound of chicken breasts being separated. Rip! The worst physical pain of my life. ...
It wouldn't end. It kept going. I screamed. I writhed. I ripped my hair. I saw my husband come in. I begged for help. He left. I screamed as another wave came and I felt popping inside me-- between my breast bones. He returned with sobbing toddler. "Do you want me to call a squad?!" "Yes!" I screamed. I don't know how long it took. They carried me out in a stretcher. Inside the squad they told me, "This is normal. This is just birth." And then the contractions stopped. At the hospital, I begged about the baby. The baby. Cacchio arrived. She looked. And looked. And I saw no heartbeat. Heard no heartbeat. She said, "I'm sorry. She's dead. ... ... You can still give birth vaginally." I screamed. I screamed and cried and said I never wanted to give birth vaginally. Give me the c-section I've been begging for for a week now! Why won't she ever give it to me? "I don't actually take any child before 40 weeks. Otherwise insurance premiums go up." After all that. I went to her because she said she would take a kid early. Because she said she was high risk. Because... She lied. And ignored me. And was still ignoring my wishes. She told the doctors to let me rest before a csection and maybe I'd change my mind. I realized as they rolled me down the hallway that I couldn't feel my feet. Nothing normal on the left. I'd not felt it in months. Cacchio said it was normal to have swelling and no feeling. Now I didn't see the corners of the hallway. my husband is arguing. He keeps saying something is wrong. He is calling my name. He is patting my face. It would be so easy to slip under this cloud. Under and never breathe again. Under and never feel pain again. Under and stay. He screams my name. I focus. "Her lips are purple!" I took 14 units of blood. Still kept bleeding. Cacchio said I was fine as I lay dying. he saved my life. His demanding she actually pay attention. Demanding other doctors in. I bled as fast as they put it in. I don't know what happens next. I'm in an OR. There's blood. They're cutting into me. It's cold. There's blood in my arm and then there's my blue lipped baby. My baby. Dead. My baby. Who would gain a death mask. Whose nose would bleed. Who would sleep in a fridge and in my arms. Who had curly black hair. Who was full grown. Who would be buried in pink and blue plaid. And Cacchio sends me home. Home. Where I now cannot walk and my leg swells to a balloon. I return to the hospital in a day. The ER. They look. I've a blood clot from my toe to my navel. Months ago my illyic vein collapsed. They go to call Cacchio. I beg no. They bring her in. They ask why I'm taking procardia. My heart rate is resting at 130. Cacchio says because it helps with pregnancy. I cuss them all out. I cuss and cuss until they finally stop calling in Cacchio. I'm removed from procardia. I lose my uterus. I am hospitalized 40 days where they consider amputating my leg. Cacchio gets off free. Lawyers say she didn't do anything good, and didn't do an "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
