"You know the feeling of meeting someone new and despite being kind it seems as though they decided that they had a problem with you before even meeting you? That is how my first (and last) visit with this doctor went. I was incredibly hurt and disappointed by the way I was treated. Any time I would try to explain what was most debilitating she would rudely interrupt me with, “we will get to that”….we in fact did NOT get to that. As a patient with multiple autoimmune diseases, I have had the pleasure of meeting some incredible doctors and nurses and I appreciate each of them so much. No rheumatologist has all of the answers and if you come across one that thinks they know everything….run. I assure you they do not. She most definitely does not yet she leans on the fact that she’s been doing this for years. I respect that and do not doubt her intelligence. However, there are no cures to these diseases therefore what we “know” is not definite. I hope that rheumatologists and other ...
specialty care providers continue to read up on current research. Most importantly, I hope that they listen to their patients with even just an ounce of empathy and compassion. I obviously don’t know what it’s like to be a doctor and I imagine it can get very difficult for a plethora of reasons. For that reason, I wish her easier days because I have to believe she isn’t always this way. "

"She is ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND JUDGEMENTAL AND DOESN'T LISTEN.She rushed through the exam didn't listen to anything i had to say or making a back handed comment that what i said wasn't true. She questioned what another doctor had done. She very pointed in her questioning me but, then proceed not to listen or hear me or ignore what i had to say. I said i wanted to leave and i did. I would NEVER send anyone there. She is so mean and nasty. She thinks to high of herself. As i left she was defending her exam. If that doesn't say something to you. And i DIDN'T a word to her as i left. When someone is defending themself there is definitely something wrong. Do not see this doctor! YOU DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER "

"Did not even allow me to describe my pain, told me it was most likely my weight. I have had the same pain for 7 years and only the past year have gained weight to what would be considered to be overweight. There was no empathy and she told me that I have no autoimmune, after peeking at one lab result from a year ago from a different provider. My three other providers sent me there to get tested and she instead rushed me out. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
