"hi DR Krieff do in a new office yet too. we want to no where you are now too. "
  • November 16, 2023
"I first went to Dr Krieff because he came highly recommended from my sister Dr.. At first thought he was going to be the one Dr that could help me with the pain in my neck post surgery. I explained to him that I had a trial with the spinal stimulator and it gave me relief. I wanted him to install a permanent one. So he tried to install the one with paddles. And after cutting my neck open he realized that my anatomy would not fit so he closed me up. So next visit we discussed installing a different type. So his office out in for approval to insurance and he received approval in March 2023. Well I got jerked around with excuse after excuse for months. I kept calling and calling to find out when would it be installed and then in August was told Dr Krieff left the group and would not be doing my stimulator. Then was told his assistant would be doing it. I never received a call or letter from Dr Krieff or his office telling me that he was leaving and no apology for dragging this on. While ...
I suffer in pain, this told me that this dr doesn’t care about his patients. Think twice if you are thinking about going to him with whatever group he decides to join. "

"Office clean, staff nice but to quick to say surgery is the answer. Felt pressured to make a decision on the spot and didn’t take into account that my symptoms were actually getting better and it had only been 2 weeks. Did not feel like he was concerned or cared just wanted to get me scheduled in the books"

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
