"Dr. Warren Goldman and his entire team at Cooper are wonderful . My Mom had the gamma knife procedure done and they provided her with great care and kindness. Dr Goldman and Dr. Kubicek explained the process in detail and answered every question and concern we had. Tara, Dr.Goldman's nurse went above her duties to see that my Mom was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Our many thanks to them all! My Mom had considerable relief from the procedure for trigeminal nerve pain. "

" I can say that nothing about the procedure Dr. Goldman performed on my wife was the least bit pleasant. Not the four needles of local anesthesia that caused enough pain, themselves, that she ended up crying in agonizing pain. Certainly not the bracket with the four sharp points that went into her skull. But what is most concerning, was Dr. Goldmans treatment of my wife, once she was wheeled into the treatment area. After the treatment, when they wheeled her back into the room I was waiting in… she was very upset in her calm way… but did eventually start to cry some. I didn’t push her to tell me why she was so upset, especially since she had a bracket on her head with four pointed screws pressing into her skull, it seemed like it would be a dumb question! She just said she wanted to go home! She said she felt like they were watching her to see if she would say something to me. She didn’t tell me exactly what happened until we got home. When we got home, she explained that when they took ...
her into the room for treatment, Dr. Goldman told her she had to get up and walk to the table. When she reached out her hand for help, he told her not to touch him, and that she had to do it on her own, and he wasn’t going to help her, and that the other person with him wasn’t going to help her either. He told her if she couldn’t get up on her own, she would not be getting treatment that day. And I’ll be quite honest, just repeating this to you in this letter is making me quite angry! As much as I wanted to deal with that on that same day, my focus needed to stay on the fact that she needs to just get better and we did not need to add any more stress or drama to our lives. We were supposed to have a follow up appointment with Dr. Goldman, but that appointment did not happen, without any explanation. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
