"If you have glaucoma and have wasted precious time on doctors that are not caring, honesty and competent, STOP! I live in Texas and have terrible experiences with other doctors. But I researched, investigated and THANKS TO GOD, found Dr. Gedde. A sterling example of what an excellent doctor and compassionate human being. I had surgery on my eye and Dr. Gedde told me what to expect and not to be bummed because the eye heals SLOWLY. It is not a bone that heals quickly. Am very happy I saw Dr. Gedde. I trust him and do what he tells me to do with regard to my eyes. I am not an easy going individual but Dr. Gedde is calming and positive. He has helped make Bascom Palmer an exceptional eye institute. If I have to get a place in Miami, in addition to my Texas residence, I will. I yrust my eyes to God,and Dr. Gedde. Yes, he is that good. But don't believe me. Visit him and then you will only want Dr. Gedde to care for your eyes. I tell Uber drivers, airline staff, friends and strangers throughout ...
my travels about Dr. Gedde and his colleagues at Bascom Palmer. And God willing, I will acknowledge Dr. Gedde in my history doctoral dissertation. I am so grateful to Dr. Gedde and his astute and kind executive assistant, Elaine. God Bless them. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
